Technology that works for everyone

TechTrails is an accessibility and platform consultancy. We help people and organizations get more from their technology, and we make sure that technology works for everyone who needs to use it.

What we do

We work across two connected areas. On one side, accessibility: training, audits, remediation, and one-to-one coaching. On the other, platform work: implementing, migrating, and maintaining Salesforce and Google Workspace. Most consultancies do one or the other. We do both, because the two belong together.

Why that matters

An enterprise system rolled out without accessibility in mind leaves disabled employees and customers locked out. An accessibility review done without platform knowledge produces findings nobody knows how to act on. TechTrails sits in the middle. We build and configure systems that everyone can use, and we bring genuine platform expertise to our accessibility work.

That is not a checklist for us. Our work is grounded in real, daily experience of assistive technology, so when we say something is accessible, we mean it can actually be used.

How we work

Plain language, honest scoping, and no jargon for its own sake. We would rather recommend the smaller thing you actually need than sell you the bigger thing you do not. We meet you where you are, explain things clearly, and stay with you through the work.
